Job Title: CRM Specialist
Description: The CRM Specialist owns the technical administration, data integrity, and automation workflows of the agency’s Customer Relationship Management platforms. This role is responsible for building and optimizing email marketing tracks, lead scoring models, and customer lifecycle journeys.
The specialist controls the segmentation of databases and the implementation of automated triggers to drive engagement and retention. Responsibility includes the maintenance of clean data sets and the integration of CRM tools with other marketing technologies. Impact is quantified by the efficiency of automated funnels, lead conversion rates, and the accuracy of sales and marketing reports. This position requires high technical precision to manage complex logic and data flows without error.
Roles / Tasks:
* Build and manage automated email workflows and drip campaigns.
* Execute database segmentation based on user behavior and demographic data.
* Monitor and maintain CRM data hygiene through regular audits and cleaning.
* Implement lead scoring models to prioritize high-value prospects for sales teams.
* Integrate CRM platforms with external tools like Zapier, Typeform, and Slack.
* Manage the setup and optimization of landing pages and opt-in forms.
* Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and send times.
* Generate weekly reports on email performance, list growth, and churn rates.
* Troubleshoot automation errors and API integration issues.
* Develop and document standard operating procedures for CRM usage.
* Coordinate with content teams to schedule and deploy regular newsletters.
* Oversee the compliance of all email activities with GDPR and CAN-SPAM laws.
* Optimize the mobile responsiveness of email templates and web forms.
* Analyze customer journey data to identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel.
* Provide technical support and training to internal teams on CRM functionality.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in CRM administration and email marketing.
* Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, or ActiveCampaign.
* Experience with HTML/CSS specifically for email template customization.
* Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
* Knowledge of API integrations and third-party automation tools (e.g., Zapier).
* Certification in a major CRM platform is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of data privacy regulations.
