Job Title: Social Media Manager
Description: The Social Media Manager is responsible for the operational management and growth of client social media profiles across all major platforms. This role owns the content calendar, community management, and performance reporting for assigned accounts.
The manager controls the distribution of brand content and the execution of engagement strategies designed to build audience loyalty and drive traffic. Responsibility extends to monitoring social trends, managing influencer partnerships, and overseeing the technical setup of social commerce features. Impact is measured by audience growth, engagement rates, and the conversion of social traffic into leads or sales. The role requires a meticulous approach to scheduling and a focus on maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Roles / Tasks:
* Develop and manage monthly content calendars for all social media channels.
* Execute the daily posting of content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
* Monitor and respond to comments and messages to maintain community engagement.
* Manage influencer outreach and coordinate collaborative content pieces.
* Track and report on key social metrics including reach, engagement, and ROI.
* Implement social media advertising campaigns in coordination with the PPC team.
* Conduct social listening to monitor brand sentiment and industry trends.
* Set up and manage social commerce catalogs and shop features.
* Create and optimize social media profiles for maximum visibility and brand alignment.
* Coordinate with the creative team to request and approve social-first assets.
* Execute live coverage of events or webinars on social platforms.
* Research and test new social media features and emerging platforms.
* Manage the approval process for all social media copy and visual content.
* Analyze top-performing content to refine future content strategies.
* Maintain a consistent and authoritative brand voice across all digital interactions.
Qualifications:
* 4+ years of professional experience in social media management.
* Proficiency with social scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Loomly).
* Experience in managing social media for B2B and B2C brands.
* Demonstrated ability to grow social media followings organically.
* Proficiency in basic graphic design and video editing for social content.
* Experience with Facebook Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
